Here are some basic rules to help you understand the value of this website. A "BLOG" is a short name for web log. This is basically the very same idea as writing in a journal to document a string of connected or inter-connected activities. Blogs really came into mainstream media in the earlier days of 2001 and since have gained an incredible market share. Some might not think of Facebook as a "BLOG", but in some ways that particular site behaves like a blog.
What we are attemping to do with this site is seek feedback from our members regarding their experiences at club outings and at monthly meetings. This mechanism provides great feedback for all involved. Plus, did you know that you can attach video clips and pictures? This is great especially if you have something nice to share with others. As always, enjoy this opportunity to network with other divers in the Northern Virginia-area!

This weekend was the Lake Rawlings Adventure trip. For those that attended, the weather was great and the rain (well, not always fun) reminded us to get into the water. Club members that attended included: Terry, Fred, Paul, Martin, Frederic B, and several others. The group arrived on Thursday afternoon and encountered little traffic. For others arriving later in the weekend, the traffic was memorable and allowed for post/pre-dive reflection. Looking forward to more club events!
